About Dark Horse Construction

Dark Horse Construction is a full-service general contractor serving Northern Vermont. We specialize in residential construction while also taking on commercial projects, managing each build from start to finish. Our services include new homes, additions, garages and pole barns, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, excavation and site work, foundation repair, storm damage restoration, and second home property care for owners who aren't here year-round.

We work with homeowners, buyers building a new place, seasonal residents who need a trusted local resource, and commercial clients across the region. When you hire Dark Horse Construction, you're hiring a team that coordinates the trades, oversees the schedule, and keeps your project moving — so you don't have to manage multiple contractors yourself.

Our crew takes pride in honest communication, clean workmanship, and finishing the job right. Whether it's a small repair or a full build, we treat every property like it's our own. Reach out for a free estimate and let's talk about your project.
