NORTHERN VERMONT CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

REMODELING
& RENOVATIONS

Kitchen and bathroom remodels, whole-home renovations, and older-home updates — planned and finished by a Northern Vermont remodeling contractor.

THE SERVICE

A RENOVATION THAT FITS HOW YOU LIVE

A renovation is a chance to correct what isn't working and bring a home closer to how you actually live in it. Dark Horse Construction handles home remodeling and renovations across Northern Vermont, from focused kitchen and bathroom remodels to whole-home renovations and older-home updates. Because we operate as a general contractor, we can take on the structural, plumbing, electrical, and finish work a real renovation often requires — coordinating the trades under a single point of contact so the project moves cleanly from demo to final walk-through.

We're equally comfortable with cosmetic updates and with renovations that uncover structural issues behind the surfaces. When a remodel reveals something more serious — framing, subfloor, or waterproofing problems — we can address it properly with foundation repair or structural work rather than covering it back up.

OUR APPROACH

PLAN THE SEQUENCE, THEN EXECUTE IT

Renovations live or die on planning and sequencing. We start by understanding what's behind the walls before demo, so surprises get priced and solved early — not mid-project. As your remodeling contractor, we coordinate the carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and finish trades, schedule them in the right order, and maintain quality control throughout.

The result is a renovation that looks right and performs for years — managed through our general contracting approach so you always have one call to make.
